Reactions

Make sure that your visitors are constantly engaged by adding reactions to your widget.

in Widgets, select Reactions under Widget management then click Add Reaction.

Reactions enables our widget to keep your visitors engaged by sending automated chat messages if the visitor visited a particular page.

For example please refer to the image below:

Reaction name "Hello!" WHEN "No operators is available to chat.

IF "One of these conditions are met" THEN "On every page" your visitor will get the message you'll type in the text box below the simple message drop-down from our widget. You can even adjust the duration the message will appear to your page visitor.

Add as many conditions and actions as you please.
