The message feature is straightforward and simple, we've designed in a way that you'll be able to reply almost instantly.
To end a chat conversation, send and copy a transcript, transfer chat, and ban a visitor. Click on the the three dotted icon on the top right corner in the message panel.
To search for conversations using a keyword, click on the magnifying glass icon.
You can also get insights about your visitors by clicking on the Visitor Flow tab and Past chats.
Visitor Flow enables you to see which page your customers viewed in your site which will make it easier for you to have an idea of your customers' interest and queries.
Visitor Info gives you insights about your page visitors. The information they provide when initiating a chat conversation will be reflected here.
